What We Do.

Redpill is a specialised staffing solution provider.  This means we only focus on the industries we know and have direct experience within. This allows us to be focused to deliver the best staff members to any business, big or small within the Built Environment sector.

What Makes Us Different

At Redpill, we are not your typical recruiters or a staffing solution provider.  We are different in the fact that we are able to bring to bear over 40 years of first hand consulting and construction industry experience to finding the right people for your business. Our directors, Stefan and Ryan run their own successful consulting engineering businesses spanning Australia and the UK.  This enables us to truly understand the skills needed within the industry, while providing ongoing training, mentoring and development for every individual that we are able to connect with new opportunities.

Onshore or Offshore Talent

Depending on your business's needs, we can connect you with the offshore talent pool (which can provide significant cost savings over traditional positions without sacrificing quality) or connect you to amazing local talented individuals. Our understanding and experience of utilising both options with our own business's for over a decade, has allowed us to develop a wide network of exceptional people ready to help grow your organisation. 

Assessment and Placement

Our approach involves in-depth assessment of each candidate prior to putting them forward to you.  Promises are easy on paper, but we want to ensure that when candidates are placed with your business they can do what they say they can do.  We do this by undertaking detailed assessments, reviewing candidate work portfolios and requiring candidates to demonstrate their skills on live or sample projects relevant to the position.  Because of our industry experience, we can determine first hand if candidates have the skills and potential to fit into your business with minimal friction.  Our overarching strategy is to ensure that the candidates we recommend not only meet the technical requirements of the role but also fit seamlessly into the culture and ethos of your organisation.

Advisory and Support

The most important part in our opinion, we provide ongoing advisory and support services as part of the placement.  We are passionate to see both businesses and individuals thrive by creating these new connections and opportunities.  Every candidate will have access to our in house training and support, as well as career mentoring, cultural training and access to experienced engineers and consultants.  Basically, we don't just drop and run, we stay around to help and grow your business!
