Redpill Recruiting is linked with a 'first of its kind' training and development programme called Tealsky that is made available to all our Candidates. This program is built around a virtual internship and training system that places candidates next to experienced and practicing engineers and technical staff. Each candidate can then follow along with real life projects within our partnered consulting firms. This style of training allows us to assess a candidates capabilities over more than just a 15min interview, but also to ensure that each candidate can deliver, demonstrate and prove their ability to give back to your business from day one.
