Stefan’s unique value lies in his ability to identify and mentor top engineering talent—drawing from deep experience managing high-performing teams and navigating council, consultancy, and developer environments. His recruitment and training approach blends hands-on project knowledge with commercial and regulatory understanding, helping engineers grow into professionals who exceed industry expectations.
Ryan Hofman
Director
With over a decade of experience in civil engineering, Ryan brings a strong technical background and expertise as an engineer and business owner in the built environment. As Director of Cause Consulting (Australia) and Cornerstone Consulting (UK), Ryan has garnered unique and varied insights and experience as a Chartered Engineer and business owner in both the UK and Australia. Ryan therefore is can identify the many challenges to succeed in the industry, but also the opportunities that can be exploited (such as how to find amazingly talented individuals).
