How it works.
You are most likely here because your business needs additional resource and staff, but either skills shortages or excessive labour costs are limiting your business's or organisations ability to achieve its objectives. This is where Redpill solves these problems. So, how does it work?

01
Identifying the need
Get in Touch and let us know who you need and the tasks and functions you need support with. It doesn't matter if its part time, full time or casual.
02
Assessment and Engagement
After initial discussions, we will start reviewing, assessing and preparing a new staff member for your team. This person may either come straight from our Training Program (TealSky), our network or occasionally go to market on your behalf. At this stage, we also require each potential candidate to undertake the following:
-
Comprehensive Spoken and Written English (including short courses in Australia Slang and Business English if it is for offshore talent).
-
In depth interview and assessment of work experience, working conditions, background and long term aspirations.
-
All candidates must demonstrate, on a sample project, their proficiencies based on what you need within our business. This allows us to demonstrate to you and ensure that any candidate can start to deliver from day one.

03
Connection
After finding the right person for the role, we will facilitate a meeting to introduce the parties, finalise working arrangements, renumeration, fees etc. There are multiple pathways to go from here each, with their own pros and cons, depending on what your business needs. Typical arrangements include:
-
Labour Hire (short or long term)
-
Permeant Position Placement
-
Contract or Casual
04
Onboarding
Once all parties are in agreement with regards to the role and working arrangement, we begin the onboarding process. This stage involves final interviews and locking in start dates, working arrangements and final pieces of paper work. We try and keep things as simple as possible.

05
Grow
Like with any new staff members, it always takes a bit of time to settle in. But we actively try to minimise this through the assessment process and by providing ongoing access into our training and mentoring program. We are invested in seeing both the new staff member and your business prosper, because the better things go for you and your business, the better for us too. So we don't just drop and run, we are in it for the long haul and so are actively involved in supporting both your business and the staff member throughout the journey.
